display messages in tooltip

I am using at event , I want to display the some

message in mouse tooltip, when i over the mouse in particular area in a

panel. I stored the co ordinates in a file.

actually what i want is when the mouse pointer is entered in

that co-ordinates like a rectangle or square. some message is display

on the tooltip of the mouse. the tool tip is hide when i leave that

co-ordinates .
