Dec 2006 Studio Express is missing -lrdthooks

Evidently, the user API for the Data Race Detection Tool has been modified

in the Dec 2006 release of Studio Express. As a result, the -lrdthooks library

is no longer available, and the available routines have changed (see Section 7

of the Thread Analyzer Tutorial at

http://developers.sun.com/sunstudio/downloads/tha/tha_using.html#User%20APIs ).

Sun is free to do this, of course, but this kind of incompatible change deserves

mention in the build README:

Thanks for pointing out the difference and sorry for the inconvenience.

In Studio Express 3 (Dec 2006), we've changed -lrdthooks to -ltha. As you have noticed, the entry names are also changed.
