Sun Update Manager entitlements

When I check for updates in Sun Update Manager, I get an error box that says:Unable to download entitlement information using the update delivery server https://getupdates1.sun.com/.

I don't have a Sun service contract but this worked as recently as last week.

Has anybody else seen this error? What does it mean and how can I fix it?
