Connection to AIM thru TOC2

Hello everyone!!! I am trying to connect to aim thru TOC2. I am using Jeff Heatons program avalable on the web

the thing is when i sent a sign on command i am not getting a response (the weird thing is that yesterday i was getting some kind of answer, but then it threw an exception when i was tryiong to send

if anyone is familiar with TOC2 and can give me advice please!!!
