How to identify which SCSI type is an interface

On a running system, is there a way to identify the type of the SCSI HBA connected to the system wether the built-in or the cards using Solaris commands? or if not possible using Solaris commands is it possible to get the type then lookup that type on sun.com ?

By the type I mean SCSI-2 , Ultra SCSI 160 ...etc

Whisper quietly, over and over again ...The Sun System Handbook is your friend. The Sun System Handbook is your friend. The Sun System Handbook is your friend.... until it echoes forever in an annoying, but unforgettable way.

You can run prtdiag -v or prtconf -vp and then look for the scsi references.

Then as HK advised, you'll still need to go to the Sun sales page for new components or to the SSH for older, established HBA's.
