SunFire x4200 - What's eating my RAM?

As the subject line says, I'm working with an x4200. The server has 4x 2GB RAM modules, for a total of 8192 MB of physical RAM. However, the BIOS only recognizes 7.5 GB, and there is no indication of what is happening with the other 0.5 GB of RAM. Has anyone seen this benavior?

The OS sees 7680 MB of RAM, which agrees with the BIOS. However, only 6895MB us available for use. Does that seem typical?

I'm new to Solaris, and I thank you for any help you can offer.
