you get the material when you attent the courses (SA-100-S10, SA-200-S10, SA-202-S10), it's not separately available.
Or get one of the books that prepare for CX-310-200 and CX-310-202.
The book 'Solaris 10 System Administration' by Bill Calkins is highly recommended. With throughout understanding this book, the documentation from Sun and hands-on experience you can pass the exams.
