EXT-USER in posting issues

Some of my issues have "Status whiteboard" changed to "EXT-USER".Does anyone know what this means? Exterminate user?

Issuezilla does not have an easy way to track bugs that where filed outside of our development team. Also, in the past our development team has entered issues for users that have posted problems via the forums. Therefore, we have started to mark user issues with the EXT-USER whitespace keyword so we can easily find the issues created by users.
