IPlanet reply-to rewrite

My IPlanet 5.2 is giving me grief. I added a subdomain to an existing subdomain. Now, I have both mydomain.net and custsvc.mydomain.net. When anyone sends mail and has user@custsvc.mydomain.net as their reply-to, just user@mydomain.net is displayed to the recipient. Where do I change

Did you add the second address as a mailalternateaddress: or a mailequivalentaddress: ? The default behaviour of iMS5.2 is to rewrite mailalternateaddress: to mail: address which would explain what you are seeing. To 'fix' this, move the new address from mailalternateaddress: to mailequivalentaddress:.

I simply added it in my options/settings in Outlook. I noticed too, that none of the accounts have either of those mail options anywhere. Where should they be?

Lets backup.

The 'reply-to:' setting is only seen when the end-user clicks on the 'Reply' button. The 'from:' address is what is seen by the recipient when the receive an email. I suggest you change the 'from:' address in Outlook to user@custsvc.mydomain.net if that is what you want the recipient to see.

Messaging server doesn't rewrite the 'reply-to:' email header.
