Don't receive the emails

I send emails from other servers and the email don't receive in my pop3 mailbox, in the mail failure message talk about the dns error, what is the possible solution?

Well, if you had happened to quote the DNS error, I wouldn't have to guess.But, if I guess, please let me know if I'm right. . .Your server has no DNS entry. Therefore, no other server knows how to send mail to you.

What version of messaging server are you running?

Have you enabled logging for your email server?

Have you checked the mail.log_current file (assuming logging is enabled) to see if the email even made it to your server?

What is the mail failure message you mentioned (cut/paste it here).

What is the email domain that you were trying to send to?

With the previous ISP the work is correct, the trouble is to change to the new ISP, i have problems with the DNS entries, but this bug is correct, but the mail dont receive from other mail servers.
