Problems installing to SE W550i

Hi, I am in the middle of creating a mobile phone game in J2ME and I have been using my Sony Ericson W550i to test the game. This has been working fine until recently I have been getting an 'Operation Failed' message when trying to install the game to my phone. I have tried installing it to a friends SE phone and the same message is displayed. However when running through emulators the game is working fine.

I think I have changed something in the project/build settings but im not sure what. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I have uploaded the project to my website at www.javawebgames.net ('Hidden Caverns Package' link). If anyone could take a look at it to see what im doing wrong I would be very grateful.
