ALL MIDP2.0 Mobiles have WMA1.0 or 1.1?

Hi all,

I want to know whether all MIDP2.0 mobiles will be supporting JSR120 or JSR205 (WMA API), because in the list given by Java verrified i have seen this API in all MIDP2.0 Phones.

But when checking the phones that are listed other than in Java verrified, i am unable to check whether that API supports or not. So Just i want to clarify that all MIDP2.0 phone supports JSR120 or not?

maybe for WMA 1.0 but not for 1.1
