Savaje: The phone with CDC?

It now seem that the company behind the ONLY phone to support CDC and the Advanced Graphics API and last years "Device of the Show" at JavaOne, has gone belly up!

Does anyone have any information on what is happening with Savaje? What is happening to the OS now? Will it appear as another entity?

They just seem to have disappear of the face of the earth in October with no more information appearing about their current status?
