Can't install or uninstall the J2EE SDK5 on WInXP

Hi

I'm trying to install the SDK on my pc running Windows XP. The JDK6 was already installed. The first time I installed it, it stopped at 51%. Then I quited the program and tried to re-install. But after I selected the destination folder and clicked "Next", nothing happened. All the buttons don't respond except "Browse". I tried to reinstall using the uninstall.exe in the folder, but it was always 0%.

What should I do? The installation was not complete and there're no group added in Start->Programs.
