problem with my pc

I have three message stating my problems in pc.They are

1. A break point has been reached (0x80000003) occurred in the application atlocation 0x100038a6

2.A Microsoft Jscript runtime error: 'parant.get(...)' is null or not an object

3. Visual c++ documentation on asserts

I dont know how to handle it .Please give some detail systematic solution
