Fast Forward and Rewind a movie.

Hello All!

How can i fast forward or reverse a movie programmatically.

Sorry i am new to JMF so i couldn't figure it out myself and i need your expert advise just to save the time.

Please help me as soon as possible as i am in urgency due t tight deadlines in a project.
