Is there any software to implement the java coding into a smart card.. can any body help us in this issue..we are doing a project in smart card so we need to embedd our java code in to a Card Acceptance Device.

No. A Smartcard is a JavaCard by design of its manufacturer or not. You can not make any non-JavaCard JavaCard capable.

I have heard of such devices, a smart card reader with an small own (Java) programmable operating system.
