Ultra 20 Line-in problem

Hello,

For some reason I can't seem to get any audio from the rear line-in port on my Ultra 20. I've tried enabling it through sdtaudiocontrol and raising the levels but I get nothing. Other audio works fine so this seems to be just an issue with this one jack. Does anyone know if this is a known issue or do I possibly have a hardware problem?
