How to disable Ultra 45 disk spin down?

Hi.

I have a problem with my Ultra 45 workstations: the root disk seems to spin down when the system isn't used for a while, and then takes a few seconds to spin up before the system responds. I have experienced this in both Sol10 6/06 and Sol9 9/05.

This is from /var/adm/messages when disk is returning from sleep:

How can I disable this "feature"?

Take a look in /etc for power.conf - in TSOL 8, we'd move that to power.conf.orig and kill powerd and that would take care of that. Might be different in later versions but should still be out there somewhere.
