Service Contract

Tried to contact Suns service dept by phone and was on hold for close to six hours,do they anticipate a person to pay for such treatment?

Does a service contract cover all machines or each individual machn e

per person?

Do they do anything for you if you can actually contact them?

I'm always surprised to see such crazy threads like this. Would you not hang up after 6 minutes and call again? Who hangs on for 6 hours? How much did that cost? Some scenarios I've been redirected to an extension of someone I know and the line just goes dead, telephone systems can have faults, receptionists can make mistakes!

Crazy or not fact is fact.I sat here and continually went round and round thru the network,I needed to talk to someone,answeres I like.i was feeling worse than waiting to talk the government.And yes ,maybe it was less than six hours,not much tho,I was once told patience was my virtue,I began to exercise it while going thru doc's etc.But am reconcidering service plan optons.
