Sybase connection through tomcat

Hi

I have a problem. I have this server that I know is working properly but when I want to run the program it gives error,the error is for the connection through Sybase. I add the good libraries in my java program, what else shall I do regarding the tomcat as Sense that it is it's problem.thanks
