Apache doesnt seems started

In my Sun Ultra , i have 2 apache versions. like below.

apache

apache2

I would like to use "apache" on 80, for one web server 1.

and "apache2" on 8080 for web server 2.

I am able to use apachectl to stop and start "apache", but not "apache2"

Not sure what is causing the prob.

When i start "apache2" it says "no pid file"....could somebody help me how to start around to fix the issue ?
