U10 hme poor performance

I have 2 U10 servers, both running Solaris 2.5.1 with hme interface.

I configure the hme and force it to 100FD using ndd command.

However, my data transfer speed is very poor. I only have 200kb/s even using cross cable btw 2 servers.

When I connect the server to my notebook via cross cable, I found the download from server to notebook is back to normal speed, but from notebook to server are very slow.

I patch the server with latest hme, tcp and ip patches but problem remain.

Any light for me?
