Fail to view hardware status on v240

Hi guys,

I'd installed version 3.6 as a agent in Sun fire v240. The installation was successful and I'm able to view network and server load.

However, when I select hardware category to list all hardware available and status, the console come out with blank screen.

Which module I missed out? This problem only happened on v240 servers, others are fine.

Hi Jess1983,

If you're only having this problem with the V240, you probably need to install one of the supplements for SunMC 3.6 .

The V240 is included in the Sun Management Center 3.6 Supplement for Sun Fire, Sun Blade, and Netra Systems, also known as Sun Management Center 3.6 Version 2 Add-on. You can download it from sun.com, and be sure to read the installation guide on docs.sun.com .
