t3 storedge new slice not visible under solrais

Hi

I am new to t3 arrays. I have a t3 plus and I created a volume of 300gb

using all the 9 disks. Then I created 2 slices , 100Gb and 200Gb .

Both are visible under solaris asc0twwnd0 and c0twwnd1.

Now I deleted both the slices and created only one slice of 300Gb.

Under solaris now I see only one device entry under "format" , c0twwwnd0

and it still shows me 100Gb instead of 300Gb.

I also did cfgadm -c unconfigure and cfgadm -c configure for the

device in question but no help.

Any help in the matter is greatly apprecieted.
