Resetting Password on Storedge 6120

Hello,Can anyone help me to reset the password on Storedge 6120 array?ThanksMVB

Do you know the current password on the 6120?
If not, then I'm afraid you'll need a service engineer and downtime on the array to change it.
If you do know it, then you just telnet to the 6120; log in with the username 'root' and the current password and then issue the 'passwd' command.
