LOST MY STAR OFFICE PRODUCT

I PURCHASED STAR OFFICE ON MAY 28, 2006. MY COMPUTER HAD TO BE RESET TO ITS ORIGINAL SETTINGS, WHICH MEANS I LOST EVERYTHING. I JAVE TRIED E-MAILS, BUT NO RESULTS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THRY GAVR ME THIS TO TRY. ALL I WANT IS TO REDOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT BUT I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION THAT I NEEDED WHEN I PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FOR $69.95.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

If you still have your licence key go and download the trial version of SO from

http://www.sun.com/software/star/staroffice/get.jsp

Once you have installed it under the TRAIL licence, go in and add your full user key, this should then keep you going.
