cl_eventlogd error messages

Running the dual-node SC3.1 u4, got the following error messages:

It looks like I hit the bug 6233626. I can see that the fix was integrated in the Build: 3.2_61. How can I know when the relevant patch will be delivered?

Another question - I am curios to know what's happened in the cluster that caused these error messages. How can I check this?
