I'm not aware of anything resembling a Solaris simulator.
However Solaris can run on much of the same hardware that Windows XP does. So you could download and try to install Solaris directly if you had a free partition or a spare hard drive.
There are also some distributions of OpenSolaris that can run as a LiveCD. So you just boot from the CD and run. Both Belenix and Nexenta have them.
Check the www.genunix.org site for distributions of OpenSolaris and www.sun.com for Solaris 10. The releases on the genunix front page seem to be out of date, but following the links should take you to the current versions.

Well It might be silly question but be passion with me.... i have a normal computer at home... i dont think it is a SPARC... because is not a server... so i want to install solaris, so that i can learn solaris...

As mentioned above, Solaris will run on x86 hardware, both 32 bit and 64 bit.
I've run it on a Gateway P-90, a generic P-133, and currently on a Dell 4100 1.0 GHz. Some hardware is not supported, but you can try it and find out.
I really think you should burn one of the Nexenta or Belenix live CDs. Neither one requires installation to use. If you like some of the features, then you can go into installing one of the distributions.
