Program menu items not appearing after cold service restart(SRSS3.1).
Yep me again; how are we all,
Though i would add some programs to my client menus using the srss web interface(http://localhost:1660), seemed easy enough.
Entered the relevant info into the textboxes and created each new item, then added them to the menu(from left list to right list).
Applied the changes and gave the services a restart as advised, i'm pretty sure it was a cold services restart(Local) as i don't have a fallover group.
Tryed logging in on one of the sr clients, but no extra menu items were there.
Then when i went back to the web interface on the server i found that the items i added were no longer in the list.
Also for some reason i can't access the help info at the bottom left corner of the Admin menu items, are they online?
Hope i have explained my problem clearly, I've probably just missed something or haven't done something the correct way, i hope..!
