migrating zones

The next Solaris 10 release (11/06) will have support for moving/migrating zones between machines.Will this functionality be backported to earlier releases of Solaris 10 (e.g. as a patch) ?

There are many aspects to "moving a zone". I believe it will have support for attaching and detatching a zone from a host. It will not transport the data (you'll have to do that with scp or something), and it will not force the OS to be in sync to accept the zone (you'll have to do that).
You could download the latest solaris express release and see if it does what you want.
