Error with this file libqsmashr.so for oracle 10g

Hi All,I have Solaris10 installed on sparc 64 system with oracle 10g Enterprise Edition. I'm trying to complie a package its given me an error unable to find library libqsmashr.so How can i solve this?Thanks
