Dual booting Solaris 10 and WindowsXp on dual drives

I have two harddrive WinXP on one and Solaris10 on the other The only way I can switch OS is by going into the Bios and changing the drive sequence.

I have tried editing the grub file menu.list

and it just either returns me to the menu or hangs there

Can anyone give me some ideas on solving the problem

Hi. Maybe you solved the problem already, but I have read your post just right now.

So, I faced the same problem with Solaris and Windows... I realized that I forgot a line in my grub.conf, which is makeactive
