Hardisc error

I get this error on our Sun Server (Sun Microsystems sun4u 5-slot Sun Enterprise E3500). Suspected to be hardisk error, can someone explain to me the severity of the problem? Do we need to call sun engineer on this or change hardisc?..thanks.

Hello, What is the output of format? What about the "iostat -En" output? Moreover do you use SVM or sth like that? You can decide to change after checking these filesregards, ...............zulusa

Just replace the disk, as Michael guided you.The errors say: "I can't get there from here."The drive is beyond any confidence level.
