Cobalt Linux 6.4 on a Qube 3?

I have Cobalt Linux 6.0 installed on my old Qube 3. However, I am trying to install Cobalt Linux 6.4. I go ahead and try installing via NFS (netboot) and it goes through all of the steps, I power down, power back up, only to find that 6.0 is still installed. Am I missing something here? Any idea what I need to do to get 6.4 installed?
