Drivers for a StorEdge 3310?
I don't have much experience with servers and this thing is really kicking my butt.
We have a Sun StorEdge 3310a which is currently not even being recognized.
It says the device/hardware is not recognized.
We have tried to find the driver it needs, but have had no luck.
A search on this site yields only the wrong thing and it's now been down for about 5 days.
Can anyone help?

Has it ever worked, or is this a new configuration ?
If this is an already-existing setup, then what changed ?
It is connected to what sort of computer system(s) ?
... it might help us to know such information.
Perhaps you can glance through the documentation (manuals)
for the SE3310 and reconnect everything all over again.
Pretend it is a new installation and start from the beginning.
Learn by doing it all over again.
