Can you please tell me what type of java to use to build e-commerce and can you give me the source code for developing e-commerce that can sure run one?

For e-commerce sites, you'll want to use Java EE. You can download the Java EE 5 SDK from http://java.sun.com/javaee/downloads/index.jsp. There are also a lot of sample applications available to demonstrate various aspects of Java EE.
