Share keystore between firefox and IE

using java client for citrix. Import the SSL certificate using IE for the java client with no problem. How can I force Firefox to use that same keystore? I have been importing the cert for Firefox by using the keytool to place the cert in ..\lib\security\cacerts.
If Firefox is using the same JRE install as IE, they should both have the same keystore.
