deleting page

I deleted a page in the projects window;

later I tried to create another

page with the same name as the page I deleted.

I got a pop-up telling me this page was already in use and

to pick another name? I tried a clean and build, close and open

project , close and open the ide but to no avail

using winxp; studio creator 2 update 1

plenty of weird behavior to go around

plenty of questions , but so far , no answers, oh well
