Hi,Please provide product/version information. I guess from the context/content of your question that you are referring to Outlook Connector? If so what version of Outlook Connector/Outlook/UWC/Messaging Server are you running.Regards,Shane

sorry for missing information.

this problem is not related to outlook connector.

it doesnt work with web interface so i dont think is related to anything else but messaging itself.

im using System Messaging Server 6 2006Q3 with communications express and calendar.

if there's any other information that can be helpfull, please ask.

regards

Hi,

Also please provide a step-by-step on what you are doing to see this behaviour e.g.

-> log in as user A into messenger express

-> click on folders tab

-> select folder

-> share folder out to user B

-> log in as user B into messenger express

-> click on folders tab

-> search for shared folder

<this is where problem exists>

Regards,

Shane.

Hi,The README.txt file is incorrect. Jay is correct that there is no such version as 2006Q3. The versions are 2005Q4 and the upcoming 2006Q4. The best way to determine the version number of messaging server is by running the "./imsimta version" command.Regards,Shane.

Hi,

Please answer the other questions that Jay and I raised in earlier postings. The version information provides a basis for analysis/probable causes, but at this point we still have no idea where the problem lays since there are a number of ways to 'share/subscribe' mailboxes.

Regards,

Shane.

hi again,

i log in as two diferent and pristine users through communication express. with the first one i create a folder and share it with availability to anyone.

second user can subscribe to mailbox without any problem.

then i share a second folder and give specific permisions to second user, but when i log in with that second user and i search for shared folders i dont see anything, no folder is found.

do you need more information?

Still not quite enough data.Do the two users exist in the same domain? Is it the "default domain"? When you share the mailbox, do you use the bare UID, or do you use UID@domain? or, "mailaddress@domain"?
