Unable to resolve executable name 'run'

Hi,

1. What version are you using (./imsimta version)

2. Why are you trying to run this command in the first place.

3. When using the run <channel> command, you don't specify the"qm" (that means something else entirely):

./imsimta run <channel-name>

e.g.

./imsimta run tcp_local
