parallel imsrestore

I read in the documentation that it is possible to backup different groups concurrently with imsbackup.

Given multiple backup groups/files, is it also possible to run multiple imsrestore commands in parallel for a full restore or migration?

Version is:

iPlanet Messaging Server 5.2 HotFix 2.10 (built Dec 26 2005)

libimta.so 5.2 HotFix 2.10 (built 12:00:16, Dec 26 2005)

Yes, you can do parallel imrestores. Eventually, you will saturate your disk, but you should be able to use several, maybe as many as 10.
