access manager OR communications services delegated administrator?
My goal is to run Access Manager 7 2005Q4 in realm mode and run messenger/calender 6 with communications express. It will all point to the same directory server. I dont care about Access Manager SSO with messenger and calendar. Communications Express will allow users access to both mail and calendar with one login anyway. I need AM for my other web sites, not communication services et al.
Where is the best place to create users in this set up? In Access Manager or Communications Services Delegated Administrator? AM requires a special attribute value pair for it to manage its' people. Can I create people in AM and then assign email addreses in Del Admin? Or should I create people in Del Admin making sure they get email first, then doing something in AM for it to see them?

I think you need to run it in "legacy mode", not in "real mode" for Messaging to work.

AM won't know how to create Messaging users. DA was specifically designed to do that.
