Calendar Permissions
I've been trying to decode the ACL's on our system. Now that OC users are discovering they can share their calendars we've run into a lot of problems. Not the least of which is simply figuring out how the ACL's work and how to structure them.
While the JES Calendar Server 6 2005Q4 Administration Guide describes the fields in the ACL, I have more questions than answers.
Most of the calendars I've seen so far are personal user calendars. One of my colleague's ACL looks like this -- BTW, he's never changed it:
@@o^a^r^g;@@o^c^wdeic^g;@^a^sf^g;@^c^^g;@^p^r^g
When it is a personal calendar ACL, such as this one, what's the difference between the @@o (calendar owner) and the primary owner @@p? Is the @@o apropriate with a personal calendar?
I'm confused by the 'r' vs the 'f' in "all" and "properties" for the domain permissions.
In looking at a random sample of personal calendars, there are ACL's with @@o before @ and sometimes the @@o ACE's precede the user@domain and sometimes they follow. I understand the ACL will be parsed till a ACE is found which will specifically allow/deny access, but some more information about basic structure would be helpful.
Help...

Another question, is there a default setting for calendars for private users? If yes, what is it?
