Hosted domain users set up for MS Outllook Connector?
I installed communications suite from the JES 2005Q4 media on Solaris 9. Services installed and configured: messaging, calendar, and communications express.
Users of all domains, server's domain(foo.com) and hosted domains(bee.com), login and work properly on the UWC on all tabs (mail, calendar and address book).
Desktop clients use MS Outlook. Users of the server's domain are setup successfully on the SJS MS Outlook Connector (version 7.1.222.4). Example:
Full Name: John Doe
Email Address: jdoe@foo.com
User Name: jdoe
Password: demo
Hosted domain users give errors when setup to use Outllook Connector:
Full Name: User One
Email Address: user1@bee.com
User Name: user1@bee.com
Password: demo
I get the following error: "Logon information for new mailbox is invalid"
Though this same user name and password login successfully to UWC.
How can hosted domains users set up the MS Outlokk Connector?
