Cannot create user after deletion through DA
Hi everybody! This is my first post.
I need to create a user that was previously deleted. After setting the data, the mail acount is not created because DA shows this message: "Cannot create user because an unknown error occurred".
I think it is possible that the deletion was not done correctly. First, through DA, I marked the user for deletion. After that, I run these commands on the mail sever:
1.- commadmin user delete -D admin user -n admin domain -w password -d domain -l user
2.- msuserpurge -d domain
3.- commadmin domain purge -D admin user -n admin domain -w password -d domain -g 0
After running these commands, I looked for the user and did not find it in the domain. Any help will be appreciated. We have recently bought SUN Java Messaging Server 6 and Sis running on Solaris 10.
