Hi,Are you sure you allocated enough packages to the domain. When allocating packages you select how many to add. Have you run out?Regards,Shane.

Have you ever been able to create a user with Delegated Admin?

Could we know the exact version of Messaging, please? 2005Q4 tells us some, but not all. Please run:

imsimta version

and provide the results.

Can you create a user with the comm-admin command?

Did you create the domain, and add the "mail" service?

When you installed Access Manager, did you use "amadmin" for the administrator user? Did you enter the password correctly? What you're getting back implies that you don't have Access Manager correctly installed, or have forgotten the user/password you specified.

It's very difficult to help you, when you answer one question out of several we pose.1. Did this ever work?2. Have you looked at your web server logs to see what messages are there?3. Have you looked at your LDAP access and errors logs to wee what might be there?
