Installation bug?

Hi,

I got a strange installer behaviour when I am installing the Java 6 JDK final release on Windows XP. Here is the senario:-

i) My Windows installation is in Drive D, and has not enough space for JDK installation.

ii) So, I browse to Drive E, which has a lot of space as install destination.

iii) However, when I click next, the windows saying that Drive D is not enough space comes out although I have chosen Drive E as install destination, and I am not able to choose other Drive there too.

Is this a bug?

This is because there is not enough free space in windows drivde ( C:) to unzip the temp files reauired during installation. so clean up windows drive and continue installation-sajesh
