Configuring saml v2 plugin for access manager 7.1 beta

I have been tryin to configure the saml v2 plugin in my access manager 7.1 in windows but i am getting a empty directory (saml2) after following all the instructions in the federation services user guide etc etc.Can anyone elaborate the steps i have to follow

1) I have a java_app_platform_sdk-5_01-windows

2)samlv2-1[1].0-windows.zip(plugin zip file)

3)access_manager-7_1

I followed all the pre installation.installation and post installation steps but getting issues.

Please list the steps i should follow for installing in windows.
