Having problems using application servers 1.4,8.2...
I've been having problems with my app. server in the sense that : 1. the clients aren't accessing the servlets /JSP's after application is been deployed and 2. when loading class files during packaging EJB's, it often refuses and then it refers me to "see online help on loading class files " which seems more complicated.
N.B: The beta ver. of J2EE 1.4 works with some servlets. I can't seem to understand why it's like that.
Someone with experience pls help. or better still recomend a good working ver of applicaton server.

Hello everyone,
i SEEM to get a lot of problems with Application server 9. It won't start after I made changes within the application server under admin console. SO I took a chance three times by stopping it with admin console (' required start' button takes you to a page where you can stop instances). After that it seems to stop the server. Now the question is how to get the server running again. The batch files within domain won't start. The start default server within windows wont start. And I can not get into admin console because the server is not running. It is really ignoring.
Anyway, I read this

which apparently the JEE server 9 was built on. That might be my next application server to try on. I would like to try a server which will give me more time to develop my applications rather than finding a way to resolve server issues and unstalling and installing the server. Only takes more time to do all the settings again.
